In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful "Because of that, We decreed upon the Children of Israel that whoever kills a soul, unless for a soul, or for corruption in the land, it is as if he had killed humankind entirely" (The Holy Quran, Al-Ma-ida, 5: 32). "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally, and Allah has become angry with him, and has cursed him, and has prepared for him a great torment" (Al-Nisa, 4: 93). "If you do good, you do good for yourselves; and if you do evil, (you do it) to yourselves. Then, when the latter (final) promise came, they (your enemies) will sadden your faces, and to enter the Masjid (in Jerusalem), as they entered it the first time, and will destroy what they had taken over with (total) destruction (Al-Isra, 17: 7). *** While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son). After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD. By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD. So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents. No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians. No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since. This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948. The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

The municipality pointed out that the limited quantities of available water are not sufficient to meet even the minimum needs of the residents and are also visibly contaminated due to the lack of filtration and sterilization items and equipment. “Water contamination could lead to the spread of serious diseases such as diarrhea, cholera, typhoid and hepatitis,” the municipality warned. The municipality called on the international community to take urgent action and pressure the Israeli occupation regime to stop its war on Gaza immediately and allow in all the needs used to operate water stations. *** Gaza: Severe shortage of blood supplies, most families survive on just one meal a day Monday 7-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Palestinian Ministry of Health has warned that laboratories and blood banks in the Gaza Strip are suffering from a severe shortage of blood units and their components. In a statement on Monday, the Ministry said that the urgent need for blood units is increasing as the number of critical injuries rises, noting that the amount of blood available is far less than the monthly consumption and that meeting the demand exceeds the capacity of the blood banks. It announced that in the past month alone, 10,000 units of blood and its components were consumed, while only 3,500 units were made available. The Ministry confirmed that public calls for blood donation have become ineffective due to worsening malnutrition and increasing cases of anemia. It called for reinforcing the stockpiles of blood banks and units to enable life-saving emergency interventions for the wounded. As a result of the genocide carried out by the Israeli occupation army in the Gaza Strip for the past 21 months, dozens of martyrs and hundreds of injuries are recorded daily, which is draining every aspect of the healthcare system. Meanwhile, the World Food Program (WFP) said that most families in the Gaza Strip barely manage to eat one meal a day. In press remarks on Sunday, WFP added, “The fear of famine and the desperate need for food remain extremely high in Gaza.” The agency explained that food security in Gaza, along with all food systems, is on the verge of collapse, adding, “One family in Gaza told us that extreme heat and food shortages have caused some people to lose consciousness.” WFP also noted that many people are risking their lives just to obtain one kilogram of flour. Since March 2, the Israeli occupation has closed the border crossings into Gaza, preventing the entry of food, humanitarian aid, medical supplies, goods, and fuel, leading to a drastic deterioration in humanitarian conditions. With US support, the Israeli occupation army has been committing genocide in Gaza since October 7, 2023, leaving more than 189,000 people dead or wounded—most of them children and women—along with over 11,000 missing. *** ****** Gaza death toll passes 57,500 as Israeli attacks continue unabated Betul Yilmaz |07.07.2025 - ISTANBUL, Anadolu -- At least 57,523 Palestinians have been killed in Israel’s genocidal war on the Gaza Strip since October 2023, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza said Monday. A ministry statement said that 105 bodies were brought to hospitals in the last 24 hours, with 356 people injured, taking the number of injuries to 136,617 in the Israeli onslaught. “Many victims are still trapped under the rubble and on the roads as rescuers are unable to reach them,” it added. Israel resumed attacks on the Gaza Strip on March 18 and has since killed 6,964 victims and injured 24,576, shattering a ceasefire and prisoner exchange agreement that took hold in January. Last November, the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza. Israel also faces a genocide case at the International Court of Justice for its war on the enclave. *** Dozens of civilians massacred, injured in ongoing Israeli attacks on Gaza Monday 7-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) The Israeli occupation army continued, last night and on Monday, to carry out deadly attacks on different areas of the Gaza Strip, killing and injuring dozens of civilians. According to local media sources, Israeli forces also continued today to detonate and bomb more homes and displace families in the Gaza Strip, further deepening the dire humanitarian crisis as the population grapples with worsening famine. According to the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) reporter in Gaza, Israeli attacks have continued across the Gaza Strip, including an Israeli strike on a house in Al-Buraij refugee camp in central Gaza that killed three people, including a child, and injured others. An Israeli warplane also targeted an apartment in Gaza City’s Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood, killing one civilian and injuring others. Four civilians were injured, one seriously, when an Israeli strike targeted a tent sheltering a displaced family in Dair El-Bala'h City in central Gaza. The Israeli army also bombed a clinic in the west of Gaza City, massacring six civilians, including an infant, and injuring 15 others. Dozens of people were also martyred or injured in Israeli attacks on aid seekers near US-backed distribution points in southern and central Gaza. The Israeli army also launched attacks on other areas of the Gaza Strip last night and today, killing and wounding more civilians, including children and women. Meanwhile, several Palestinians in Gaza were pronounced dead after they succumbed to injuries they sustained in recent attacks. *** Gaza today's death toll from Israeli genocidal shelling rises to 14 as two killed GAZA, July 7, 2025 (WAFA) – Two Palestinian citizens were killed on Monday morning as a result of Israeli occupation forces' shelling of the center and west of Khan Younus, south of the Gaza Strip. WAFA correspondent reported that a citizen was killed in an Israeli shelling near Asdaa Prison, northwest of Khan Younus, and another woman was killed in a shelling of Bani Suhayla town, east of Khan Younus. Medical sources in Gaza Strip hospitals reported that 14 citizens were killed as a result of Israeli shelling of various areas of the Gaza Strip since dawn today. By July 6, 2025, the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 57,418 and 136,261 wounded others were wounded, while thousands of victims remain under the rubble and on the streets, with ambulance crews unable to reach them. K.T. *** 11 Palestinians killed, 70 injured in new Israeli massacre in Al-Nusayrat Camp Monday 7-July-2025 GAZA, (PIC) At least 11 Palestinians were killed and more than 70 others injured, many of them women and children, after an Israeli airstrike targeted a group of civilians at the Ghurab roundabout in the new section of Al-Nusayrat refugee camp, located in central Gaza. According to medical sources at Al-'Awda Hospital in Al-Nusayrat, all the casualties were civilians gathered in a densely populated area when Israeli warplanes struck. The hospital confirmed receiving 11 bodies and over 70 wounded, many suffering from critical injuries. This latest massacre comes as part of the ongoing Israeli campaign that has devastated Gaza since October 7, 2023. The onslaught continues to claim the lives of civilians daily, while a siege-driven famine and mass displacement exacerbate the humanitarian catastrophe. Medical officials in Gaza reported that since early Monday alone, at least 60 people were killed in Israeli air raids across the Strip, 34 of them in Gaza City and northern areas. According to the latest daily update by the Ministry of Health in Gaza, the total death toll since the start of the Israeli offensive has risen to 57,523 martyrs while 136,617 others were injured, the vast majority of them women and children. This relentless war of genocide, marked by deliberate targeting of civilians, destruction of neighborhoods, and deprivation of basic necessities, continues to unfold under the world’s gaze, as calls for accountability remain unanswered. *** Several civilians killed, others injured in Israeli strikes on tent sheltering displaced persons in southern Gaza City GAZA, July 7, 2025 (WAFA) – Several Palestinian civilians were killed and others were wounded Monday evening as Israeli fighter jets struck a tent sheltering displaced persons near Mus'ab Bin 'Umair Mosque in the Tel Al-Hawa neighborhood, southern Gaza City. In a separate strike, two members of the Ramlawi family were killed when their home was destroyed in an Israeli airstrike on Al-Tuffa'h neighborhood, east of Gaza City. Several other family members sustained injuries of varying severity. Earlier in the day, Israeli genocidal airstrikes and gunfire killed three Palestinians and wounded others in separate attacks across Gaza City and Rafa'h. The death toll from the ongoing Israeli genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, since October 7, 2023, has risen to 57,418 killed and 136,261 wounded. Thousands remain under the rubble or in streets as rescue teams face grave difficulties in reaching them due to relentless bombardment. Israel’s intensified attacks on residential areas, hospitals, and shelters for displaced civilians have plunged Gaza into worsening humanitarian catastrophe. Aid agencies continue to warn of an imminent collapse of the health and sanitation systems, compounded by severe shortages of food, clean water, and medicine. Y.S. *** Israeli bombing targets tent in Al-Nusayrat refugee camp, kills three civilians GAZA, July 7, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli bombing on Monday evening targeted a tent sheltering displaced people near Al-Nusayrat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip, killing three civilians, according to medical and local sources. They said that a strike directly targeted a tent sheltering displaced people close to an aid distribution point, west of the camp, claiming the lives of three and injuring others. Meanwhile, the occupying forces opened fire in the vicinity of an aid distribution point, north of Rafa'h in the southern war-battered Strip, killing another. Israel unilaterally ended the Gaza ceasefire agreement and resumed its aggression on the Strip on Tuesday, March 18, carrying out a wave of bloody airstrikes across the Strip and killing hundreds of Palestinians. The death toll reached at least 6,964 with 24,576 others wounded, according to medical sources. In the last 24 hours, the bodies of 105 slain Palestinians, including one retrieved from the rubble, and 356 casualties were admitted to Gaza hospitals. Israel has waged a military onslaught on the Strip since October 2023, killing 57,523 Palestinians, mostly women and children, and injuring 136,617 others. Moreover, at least 10,000 people are unaccounted for, presumed dead under the rubble of their homes throughout the Strip. The Israeli aggression has also resulted in the forceful displacement of nearly two million people from all over the Gaza Strip, with the vast majority of the displaced forced into the densely crowded southern city of Rafah near the border with Egypt – in what has become Palestine’s largest mass exodus since the 1948 Nakba. K.F. *** Nine Palestinian citizens killed in Israeli shelling targeting southern Gaza GAZA, July 7, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli airstrikes and artillery fire killed dozens of Palestinians and wounded many others across the Gaza Strip on Monday, as the ongoing aggression entered its tenth month. A medical source at Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younus reported that five people were killed and several others injured when Israeli forces opened fire near an aid distribution center north of Rafa'h, in southern Gaza. Two Palestinians were also killed in an Israeli airstrike near 'Hamad Residential City, northwest of Khan Younus, while two more, including a child, were killed in a strike on Al-Fawakhir Street in central Gaza City. At least 35 Palestinians were killed across the enclave since dawn, including 18 in Gaza City and the northern areas, amid continued airstrikes and ground shelling. The latest casualties bring the overall death toll since October 7, 2023, to 57,418 Palestinians killed and 136,261 injured, according to the ministry. Thousands of bodies remain trapped under rubble and in the streets, as rescue teams struggle to reach them due to the ongoing shelling and a dire shortage of equipment. Y.S *** Three Palestinians killed, dozens injured in Israeli genocidal airstrikes on Gaza, Rafa'h, and aid distribution points GAZA, July 7, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli forces killed three Palestinians and injured dozens more on Saturday in a series of Israeli genocidal airstrikes and intense gunfire in Gaza and Rafa'h, according to medical sources and local journalists. Two civilians were killed and nearly 20 others wounded when Israeli forces opened fire near an aid distribution point north of Rafa'h, where residents had gathered in desperate search for food. In northern Gaza, an Israeli drone strike killed one Palestinian in Jabalya town. Several causalities were reported in Israeli shelling of a school housing displaced persons in Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, south of Gaza City, and an apartment near Al-Zant Pharmacy on Hamid Street in the al-Shati refugee camp, west of the city. The latest attacks bring the total Palestinian death toll from Israel’s ongoing assault on Gaza—now in its ninth month—to 57,418 killed and 136,261 wounded. Thousands more remain trapped beneath rubble or lie unrecovered in the streets, as emergency teams struggle to access the dead and wounded due to continuous bombardments. Humanitarian agencies have condemned Israel’s repeated attacks on civilians gathered at aid distribution points. Since May 27, when Israel implemented its controversial aid distribution mechanism in partnership with the U.S.-Israeli “Gaza Relief Foundation”, more than 200 Palestinians have been killed and dozens wounded while attempting to collect humanitarian supplies. Rights groups have described these aid points as turning into "death traps," accusing Israel of deliberately exploiting Gaza’s humanitarian desperation while subjecting civilians to humiliating conditions and forced displacement amid a worsening humanitarian catastrophe. Y.S. *** ý*** Killing, Injuring, and Abduction of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces ***ý Palestinian West Bank woman injured, other citizens kidnaped in IOFs raids Monday 7-July-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) A Palestinian woman was seriously injured and several citizens were kidnaped when the Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) stormed different areas of the West Bank last night and on Monday morning. According to local sources, the IOFs kidnapped three citizens from Bethlehem province, including journalist Nasir Al-La'h-'ham. In Ramallah, the IOFs kidnapped three young men during a raid in Al-Jalazoan refugee camp, amid clashes with local youths. In Toulkarm, the Red Crescent said that a woman was critically injured in an Israeli drone attack near the entrance of Toulkarm refugee camp. The drone attack happened as Israeli occupation forces stormed Toulkarm City’s Shuwaika suburb and raided several homes. In Al-Khaleel (Hebron), the IOFs kidnapped a woman from her home in Dair Al-'Asal Al-Ta'hta village. The Israeli occupation forces also assaulted and kidnapped a young man following a raid in Jabel Al-Ra'hma neighborhood in al-Khalil City. Other young men were also detained and beaten by Israeli soldiers before they were released. In Nablus, the IOFs kidnapped a young man after raiding his home in Al-Ta'awun neighborhood. 8 kidnapped. *** Israeli occupation forces extend detention of Palestinian journalist Nasir Al-La'h-'ham, refer case to military court RAMALLAH, July 7, 2025 (WAFA) – The Commission of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs reported that the Israeli occupation apartheid regime has extended the detention of Palestinian journalist Nasir Al-La'h-'ham, referring his case to the Israeli Ofer Military Court until next Thursday. Al-La'h-'ham, a prominent journalist, was detained early Monday morning during an Israeli occupation army raid on his home in the town of Doha, near Bethlehem. During the raid, soldiers vandalized the contents of his house, causing extensive damage. The number of Palestinian journalists currently placed under administrative detention—without charge or trial—by Israeli authorities has risen to 22, out of a total of 55 journalists held in Israeli prisons. Of these, 49 journalists have been detained since the start of the ongoing genocide in Gaza. Israeli forces continue to target Palestinian journalists, often accusing them of “incitement” on social media, a charge that has become a key pretext for the suppression of free speech and press freedom. The majority of those arrested on the grounds of "incitement," and that the occupation was unable to file charges against them, were later placed under administrative detention. Palestinian journalists held in Israeli custody endure the same systematic abuses as other Palestinian prisoners, including torture, severe beatings, starvation, and medical neglect, as well as routine humiliation and mistreatment. They are held under harsh, degrading conditions. Y.S. *** Israeli occupation forces demolish house near Ramallah RAMALLAH, July 7, 2025 (WAFA) – An Israeli occupation army bulldozers began demolishing a four-story residential building in the village of Kharbatha Al-Misba'h, west of Ramallah, on Monday morning. Fayiz 'Harfoush, a member of the Kharbatha Al-Misba'h village council, told WAFA by phone that Israeli occupation forces, accompanied by three bulldozers, raided the village and began demolishing the residential building, which belongs to the family of Ma'hmoud Mu'hammed Mousa Al-Habal and houses approximately 50 people. Each floor is 180 square meters in area. He noted that the occupation declared the area surrounding the building a closed military zone and prohibited citizens from approaching it. 'Harfoush confirmed that the house had been built for more than 20 years, and that there had been a previous demolition order issued for its construction without a permit. Today, the bulldozers began demolishing it. K.T. *** IOF begins demolition of 400 homes in Toulkarm refugee camp Monday 7-July-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) began on Monday demolishing 400 residential homes in the Toulkarm refugee camp, as part of their ongoing assault on the city and camp, now entering its 162nd consecutive day. Local sources reported that heavy Israeli bulldozers began demolishing buildings in the “Al-Marbou’a” neighborhood of the camp, as part of a new plan to raze 104 buildings that contain around 400 homes. This comes in continuation of recent demolitions carried out in several neighborhoods of the camp. The IOFs announced on Sunday its intention to carry out large-scale demolitions in Toulkarm refugee camp starting Monday, ignoring a previous Israeli Supreme Court decision that had temporarily frozen the demolition orders. The 'Adalah Legal Center stated that this announcement follows an amended ruling by the Israeli Supreme Court on July 3, which allows the army to proceed with demolitions in cases of “urgent military necessity and clear security needs.” Previously, on July 2, the Israeli court had issued an order freezing the demolitions in response to an urgent petition filed by 'Adalah on behalf of 11 camp residents. In response to the new development, 'Adalah submitted a written memo to the court today, saying that the state’s announcement directly contradicts the court’s July 3 ruling, which stipulated that demolitions could only proceed under urgent security conditions. Suhad Bishara, head of the Legal Unit at 'Adalah, emphasized that even the Israeli announcement acknowledged that the camp is now nearly empty of residents, undermining the army’s justification of “urgent security needs” for immediate demolition. On July 4, the Israeli military issued an update saying that four buildings would be exempt from demolition due to a decision to “reconsider” their status, a move 'Adalah said further exposes the lack of solid legal grounds behind the demolition orders. The legal center stressed in its memo that moving forward with demolitions without giving residents the chance to defend their rights imposes an irreversible reality and denies families the ability to challenge or appeal through legal channels. It warned that the demolitions would lead to forced displacement and the total loss of homes and property. 'Adalah requested court approval to include an expert opinion, previously prepared by “Bimkom, Planners for Planning Rights”, to further strengthen the legal petition, especially given the tight timeline imposed by military orders issued on June 30, which gave just 72 hours’ notice. On Sunday, the army allowed a limited number of families who had not previously evacuated to briefly re-enter the camp and retrieve belongings. This included 54 homes listed for demolition. The operation took place under harsh restrictions, with reports of abuse, detentions, obstruction of the evacuation process, and even live fire directed at residents. This escalation is part of the broader policy of collective punishment against camp residents, who have faced forced evacuation orders since the start of the assault. The community remains in shock and sorrow under the threat of losing their homes and possessions, as the Israeli military maintains a tight siege around the camp and its surroundings, already marked by the demolition of dozens of homes in recent days. *** Israeli occupation forces demolish dwellings, raze cultivated land near Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), July 7, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces dawn Monday demolished two dwellings and razed cultivated land near Al-'Aizariya town, east of the West Bank city of Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), according to local sources. They said that the occupation forces and officers of the so-called “Civil Administration” escorted bulldozers into Al-Mashtal area, east of the town, where the heavy machinery tore down two tin-sheet shacks belonging to two brothers from the Abu Ghalyeh family, displacing their families. They added that the military bulldozers razed a tract of cultivated land and destroyed over 50 water storage tanks, denying vulnerable Palestinian families in the area their human right to water, given the lack of vital infrastructure and water shortages. Al-Mashtal is one of the areas on the outskirts of Jerusalem that have become a frequent target of Israeli attacks as part of Israel’s policies to stifle the presence of and forcibly displace Palestinians to take over their land and make room for colonial construction. The “Civil Administration” is the name Israel gives to the body administering its military occupation of the West Bank. Soldiers in the oxymoronically named Civil Administration determine where Palestinians may live, where and when they may travel (including to other parts of the occupied territories like Gaza and East Jerusalem), whether they can build or expand homes on their land, whether they own that land at all, whether an Israeli settler can takeover that land among others. K.F. *** *** Aggression and Attacks by Illegal Israeli Settlers and Soldiers *** Note: Despite the Trump administration support for the Israeli occupation apartheid regime, the U.S. official policy is still considering the Israeli settlement activities in the Palestinian territories as illegal. *** Dozens of settlers defile Al-Aqsa Mosque Monday 7-July-2025 Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), (PIC) Scores of the illegal Israeli settlers desecrated the Aqsa Mosque in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) on Monday morning and later in the afternoon, amid tight restrictions on the entry of Muslim worshipers to the holy site. According to local sources, dozens of settlers entered the Mosque through its Maghariba Gate and provocatively toured its courtyards under police protection. During their tours at the Islamic holy site, the settlers received lectures from rabbis about the alleged temple mount and a number of them provocatively performed Talmudic prayers in the eastern area of the Mosque. Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation police imposed movement and entry restrictions on Muslim worshipers at Al-Aqsa Mosque’s entrances and gates and prevented many of them from entering the holy site. In a related context, Palestinian activists urged their compatriots in Jerusalem and 1948 occupied Palestine to intensify their presence inside the Aqsa Mosque’s courtyards and premises to protect it against Israeli violations. Yesterday, a horde of extremist Jewish settlers rallied in the Palestinian al-Wad neighborhood near Al-Aqsa Mosque in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem) dancing and singing provocatively. Local sources said that those settlers gathered in the area under police protection, amid restrictions on the movement of Palestinian citizens as they tried to reach the Aqsa Mosque for prayers. *** Illegal Israeli settlers assault shepherds in southern West Bank Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), July 7, 2025 (WAFA) – A group of the illegal Israeli settlers on Monday evening assaulted Palestinian shepherds on the outskirts of Al-Maniya village, southeast of the occupied West Bank city of Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), according to a local source. Zayid Kawazba, head of Al-Maniya Village Council, said that armed colonists, disguised as Israeli soldiers, attacked several shepherds in the Khalayil Al-Qasr area, east of the village, beating them up and threatening them should they attempt to reach their pastures. Kawazbeh added that the assailants came from two nearby pastoral colonial outposts, recently established on land belonging to the villagers. He noted that Khalayel al-Qasr is classified under the Oslo Accords as Area B, where the Palestinian Authority has complete control over civil matters and Israel continues to have overriding responsibility for security, with the Israeli occupation taking advantage of the current situation in the West Bank to impose new realities on the ground. Kawazbeh also noted that the occupying forces continue to work in tandem with colonists in stifling the village into an isolated enclave, denying the villagers access to their livelihoods and pastures and taking over their crops as a means to seize their land and displace them for colonial expansion. Colonists’ violence against Palestinians and their property is routine in the West Bank and is rarely prosecuted by Israeli authorities. Colonists’ violence includes property and mosque arsons, stone-throwing, uprooting of crops and olive trees, and attacks on vulnerable homes, among others. Approximately 1 million Israeli colonists are living in colonies in the West Bank and East Jerusalem in violation of international law. K.F. *** Illegal Israeli settlers attack civilians’ houses near Nablus NABLUS, July 7, 2025 (WAFA) – A group of the illegal Israeli settlers on Monday evening attacked Palestinian civilians’ houses in Sebastya town, northwest of the occupied West Bank city of Nablus, according to a municipal source. Mayor of Sebastya, Mu'hammed 'Azzam, said that colonists attacked civilians’ houses in the town, hurling metal bars and stones at them. He added that colonists, protected by the occupying forces, stormed the archeological site of Sebastya for the third time within 24 hours. Located 11 kilometers to the northwest of Nablus, Sebastya is a small historical town located on a hill with panoramic views across the West Bank and has a population of some 3,000 Palestinians. A prominent settlement during the Iron Age as well as the Hellenistic and Roman eras, the town embraces a Roman amphitheater, temples, a Byzantine and a Crusader churches, dedicated to Saint John the Forerunner, who baptized Jesus Christ in the Jordan River, besides to a mosque built in honor of the saint. Christians and Muslims believe the town to be the burial place of the saint. Israel has been attempting to take over the town, which has become a site of heated cultural conflict, preventing the Palestinian Authority from conducting restoration works at the site, prohibiting the provision of tourist services to visitors from around the world, and stealing antiquities from it. Palestinians complain that Israeli settlers have repeatedly attacked the town and fenced parts of its antiquities, where they hold religious rituals. Twelve dunums of the archaeological area are located within (B) areas, which are controlled by the Israeli military and Palestinian administrative authority, while the other part of the area lies within (C) areas, which fall under complete Israeli administrative and military control. Owners of restaurants and hotels complain about the Israeli acts in the town, which have caused them severe damages and losses. Israel uses the Jewish nationalist name “Judea and Samaria” to refer to the occupied West Bank to reinforce its bogus claims to the territory and to give them a veneer of historical and religious legitimacy. K.F. *** The Israeli occupation apartheid regime seizes800 dunums, establish 23 settlement outposts in 6 months in WB Monday 7-July-2025 WEST BANK, (PIC) The head of the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, Mu-ayyad Sha'ban, said that Israeli occupation forces and settler militias carried out 11,280 assaults against Palestinian citizens and their properties in the West Bank during the first half of 2025. Speaking at a press conference held by the Commission to announce its semi-annual report titled “The Occupation State’s Attacks on Palestinian Lands and Colonial Expansion Measures” for the first half of 2025, Sha'ban said that this sharp escalation in the form, number, and nature of attacks coincides with the aggression the occupation state is waging against our people in Gaza and all areas of Palestinian presence. He pointed out that these attacks have ranged from imposing facts on the ground (land seizures, colonial expansion, forced displacement), to field executions, land vandalism and bulldozing, uprooting of trees, seizure of property, closures, and checkpoints that fragment Palestinian geography. He noted that the attacks were concentrated in the governorates of: Ramallah with 1,975 attacks, followed by Al-Khalil with 1,918, and then Nablus with 1,784. Sha'ban said that over the past six months, the occupation state has raced against time in every sense of the word to seize Palestinian geography—not only through the establishment of settlement outposts or the expansion of settlements, nor solely through military orders or systematic assaults on citizens in villages, towns, and Bedouin communities by besieging and suffocating them—but also through an unprecedented series of legislations and governmental decisions targeting the very core and status of Palestinian geography. This situation puts us—government, people, institutions, councils, and frameworks—face to face with the most dangerous phase the Palestinian cause has ever witnessed in terms of land theft, annexation, and the imposition of sovereignty. He added that during the reporting period, settlers carried out a total of 2,153 attacks, which led to the killing of four Palestinian citizens by settlers. These settler attacks ranged from assaults on Palestinian villages and peaceful residents, to burning homes over the heads of their inhabitants, shooting at citizens, establishing settlement outposts, seizing Palestinian lands, attacking roads and vehicles, and launching organized and dangerous assaults that have recently characterized these attacks, such as those that occurred in the villages of Kafr Malik, Al-Mughayyir, Baita, Sinjil, and others. These assaults were concentrated in the governorates of: Ramallah with 491 attacks, Al-Khaleel with 409, and Nablus with 396. Sha'ban explained that from the beginning of 2025 until the end of June, the occupation authorities studied (in terms of deposit and approval) a total of 165 structural plans aimed at expanding existing settlements or establishing new ones. These included 124 plans for settlements in the West Bank and 41 plans for settlements in Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), covering a total of more than 8,685 housing units in the illegal Israeli settlements in the West Bank, and 8,865 units in the illegal settlements Al-Quds (occupied Jerusalem). He continued, “In the first half of 2025, settlers established 23 new settlement outposts on Palestinian lands, most of which are pastoral outposts, in the governorates of Ramallah, Nablus, Al-Khalil, Qalqilya, Tubas, and Jerusalem, as part of the ongoing policy of imposing facts on the ground under full protection from the occupation army.” He added that during the reporting period, the occupation authorities seized more than 800 dunums of Palestinian land under various pretexts, issuing 36 orders for land seizure for military purposes and one order for land expropriation under the pretext of road construction and expansion. Sha'ban said that in the first half of 2025, the Israeli occupation authorities issued 556 demolition orders for Palestinian structures under the pretext of lacking permits. These included 322 inhabited homes, 18 uninhabited structures, 151 agricultural facilities, and 97 classified as sources of livelihood and others. He continued, “The majority of these demolition orders were concentrated in the following governorates: Al-Khaleel with 145 orders, Ramallah with 131, Qalqilya with 49, and Jericho with 46. The occupation authorities carried out a total of 380 demolition operations, which led to the demolition of 588 structures, affecting 843 people, including 411 children and 378 women.” Sha'ban highlighted that the occupation state and settler militias caused the cutting down and damage of a total of 12,067 trees, including 6,144 olive trees. Of these, 5,359 trees were in Bethlehem governorate, 2,282 in Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate, and 1,774 in Nablus governorate—setting yet another record in the ongoing assault on Palestinian trees in a clear and systematic campaign aimed at emptying and devastating Palestinian land. Sha'ban renewed his call for all Palestinians—factions, popular unions, syndicates, and the masses—to unite under a national strategy to defend the land and national resources, a strategy that focuses solely on Palestine, cares only for Palestine, and views the actions of the occupation with a sense of national responsibility free from selfish and petty rivalries. He stressed that the desired national strategy must first be based on mobilizing national and popular capabilities in its favor, and second, on creativity and thinking outside the traditional box, by developing new tools that match the current phase and adapt to its challenges. Sha'ban emphasized that the current phase brings back to the forefront the long-standing demand for the urgent need for genuine and immediate international protection to safeguard the Palestinian people and their national resources against the occupation’s lawlessness. *** Israeli occupation forces begin construction of military road in northern West Bank TOUBAS, July 7, 2025 (WAFA) – Israeli bulldozers began constructing a military road on Palestinian-owned land in Khirbet Ibziq, northeast of Toubas, on Monday, according to local sources. Abdul Majeed Khudairat, head of the local village council, said Israeli forces started building the road deep inside residents’ agricultural lands and declared the area a “closed military zone.” Khudairat added that Israeli occupation soldiers warned local residents not to approach their own lands near the newly established road. Y.S. *** The Israeli occupation apartheid regime seizes 744 dunams of Palestinian land near Ramallah for colony expansion RAMALLAH, July 7, 2025 (WAFA) – The Israeli occupation apartheid regime announced on Monday the seizure of 744 dunams of Palestinian land in the villages of Al-Mughayir and Jaba'it, northeast of Ramallah, under the pretext of declaring them as "state land," according to the Palestinian Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission. The commission stated that the newly seized area includes the location of the Malakhi HaShalom outpost, an illegal colonial outpost established in 2015 on lands belonging to Al-Mughayir village. According to the commission, the land grab is part of an effort to “legalize” and expand existing outposts, specifically Malakhi HaShalom, which the far-right Israeli government announced plans to legalize two years ago as part of broader colony expansion in the area. With this latest announcement, the total area seized under the so-called “state land” since the formation of the far-right Israeli government in early 2023 now stands at 25,824 dunams, spread across 12 separate land confiscation orders, the commission reported. Y.S. *** *** News Related to the Israeli Genocidal War on the Palestinian People *** UN: Gaza's food system collapsing as famine deepens, blocking aid means more deaths NEW YORK, July 7, 2025 (WAFA) – The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) warned on Monday that Gaza’s food system has completely collapsed, as famine tightens its grip on the besieged enclave. The ongoing obstruction of humanitarian aid is leading to the avoidable deaths of countless civilians, the agency said. According to the UN's official website, families in Gaza are forced to risk their lives in search of food, stressing that rates of acute malnutrition have doubled among children, and that infant formula is on the verge of running out. UN Secretary-General António Guterres reiterated his deep concern over the worsening humanitarian disaster in Gaza, once again calling for an immediate and lasting ceasefire, as well as the unconditional release of all hostages. Y.S. *** UN's Guterres says 'peace in Palestine must be based on two-state solution' NEW YORK, July 7, 2025 (WAFA) – UN Secretary-General António Guterres affirmed last night that peace in Palestine must be based on the two-state solution. In his address to the BRICS summit in Brazil, Guterres added that peace also begins with an immediate and lasting ceasefire in Gaza, the immediate and unconditional release of hostages, the free and unhindered delivery of humanitarian aid, and an end to the devastating annexation and violence in the West Bank. He also expressed particular concern about the weaponization of artificial intelligence, in a world where "peace is more urgent than ever," stressing that AI requires a multilateral response based on justice and human rights. Guterres said, "AI cannot be the preserve of a few. It must benefit everyone, especially developing countries, which must have a real voice in global AI governance."
